We operate by appointment only. Simply fill out our reservation form with your preferred date and time, and we'll confirm your booking. We offer morning (8AM-12PM) and afternoon (12PM-4PM) half-day rental slots.

Yes! Helmets and life jackets are available for all renters at no extra charge. Your safety is our priority, and we ensure all equipment is properly fitted before you head out.

We recommend comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes, sunscreen, water, and a sense of adventure! For lily pad rentals, bring swimwear and a towel. We provide the e-bike, helmet, life jacket, and a quick orientation before you go.

We understand plans change! Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your reservation receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled at no charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
